Clubs and Events

    Clubs: 

• Musicians Club: Join a band. Impress your friends.  
  
  
• Gardeners' Club: We meet and exchange tips and the stuff we grow.  Occasionally, we feature an "expert" and have more of a lecture and Q/A format.   
  
  
• Cooking Club: We find professional chefs from restaurants to teach us a dish.  We give them praise and good internet reviews.  We also host the best events. 
  
  
• Live Music Club: We get together and see live music. 
  
  
• Indoor Gardeners Club: we grow stuff inside, which is more difficult.  We also have occasional exchanges and expert Q/As.  
    
• The Better Fun Club: fun for adults.  These are activities where we don't take the kids.

  • Appetizer Happy Hours: we focus on food rather than booze.  Bringing booze is ok; it's just not the focus.
    
    
  • Pool Parties: no agenda, just fun.
    
    
  • Speed friending: find friends with common interests at this fast-paced event.
    
    
  • Movie Nights- we pick the movie in advance and usually have a theme.  Fun and laid back. Costumes are encouraged.  
    
    
  • Football Parties - wear your gear, but remember that we have to be nice to each other. As a test, we'll invite a Raiders fan.
    
    

  • The Cooking Club's Stress-free Thanksgiving- a Thanksgiving that doesn’t test your sanity?
